Exceptional service - Living overseas we contacted Aaron once via email, visited in person once and then relied upon his expertise to find us the perfect house in the perfect town, which he did. Aaron was involved in every stage of our selling our home from preparation to the final sale. He came and assessed our house a couple of months before we were moving. He suggested changes and updates both to the exterior and interior. He recommended resources to make the changes.He researched comparables and helped us decide on our asking price. We moved out of state a couple of weeks before the house was up for sale to allow staging and touch ups. Aaron kept checking that the lawn service was being kept up, that all the utilities were working, and that all was well with the house. Our house sold within 10 days of the first open house at close to the asking price. We checked the selling price of other homes in our area, and our house was near the top.
